CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE

• The Reservation Service is available every day from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm Paris time.
• Deposit: To enable us to definitively register your reservation, we ask you to be kind enough to send us, as a deposit, 30% of the total amount of the chosen package, by authorized debit on your credit card.
  All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number, expiration date and cryptogram.
• Cancellation of reservation by the customer :
  In the event that you are unable to honour your reservation on the scheduled date, please notify the Reservation Department in writing. Only a written cancellation – by mail or e-mail to molitglesbains@chainethermale.fr – will be taken into account. The methods of refund and postponement of deposits follow the deadlines below:
  For any cancellation occurring more than 7 days before your arrival date: we will refund the full deposit.
  For any cancellation occurring between 7 days and 48 hours before your arrival date: we give you the possibility to postpone the deposit on a new period of stay, until December 31 of the current year.
  However, in case of definitive cancellation and in accordance with the provisions of article 1590 of the French Civil Code, “all deposits paid remain definitively acquired”.
  For any cancellation occurring less than 48 hours before your arrival date: the deposit remains definitively acquired.
  In case of no-show at the hotel on the day of your reservation, the entire number of nights previously booked will be due and billed.
  If you have booked your stay via another online reservation site and you wish to cancel it, you must cancel it on the same site.
• Credit Cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express.
• Arrivals and Departures :
  On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 4:00 pm.
  On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon.
• Various extras and supplements, not included in the rates, such as local taxes, cellar, bar, telephone, laundry, beauty treatments, massages and massages, etc. must be paid on site, in addition, on the day of departure.
  When booking a package including accommodation, meals and/or treatment program, any services not consumed (nights, meals or treatments) will not be deducted from the balance of the initial invoice, nor refunded.
  Prices Net prices including tax. (legal taxes of stay in addition), given under reserve of the modifications of the prices, due to the new taxes, and of possible modifications, in the dates of opening and seasons, which could intervene.

• Treatments at the Thermal Spa :
  Please contact us as soon as possible to book your treatments and your packages. Without prior reservation we cannot guarantee the availability of the treatments, especially during the weekend and bank holidays.
  Conditions of cancellation of the treatments: any reserved treatment will be fully charged, unless cancelled or modified within 48 hours before the date of the treatment.
  Some of our treatments are not suitable for pregnant women. Please inform us, should you be expecting a happy event.
  Our Thermal Spa is not accessible to children and teenagers under 16 years old.
• The Buffet Breakfast is 15 € per person.
  It can be served in your room at the rate of 24 € per person.
• Babies and Children :
  Babies from 0 to 3 years old are accommodated in the parents’ room with an extra charge of 20€ per day. An extra bed for children from 3 to 10 years old can be installed in our Junior Suites and Suites at the price of 20 € per day. Breakfast and meal for children (up to 12 years old) is offered at a special rate.
• Baby-sitting and daycare: please contact us for conditions.
• Favourite pets: Small “Well-Bred” Dogs are welcome in your room (extra charge of 20 €/Night), if you plan to bring your small animal we thank you to inform us.

• Within the framework of the law, applicable in France since January 1st, 2008, and for the comfort of our customers, all our lounges, restaurants, but also our rooms and suites are non-smoking.
• A safe is at your disposal in your room. Don’t forget to leave your valuables in it. The Management declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss of personal items, anywhere on our estate.
• Our Company declines all responsibility in the event of damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to your vehicle parked in one of the parking lots.

In order to allow us to definitively register your reservation, 50 % of the total amount of your stay will be debited as a deposit, while the rest of the amount, tourist taxes and any additional consumption will be paid on the spot, the day of your departure.

Moreover, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number, expiration date and cryptogram.

Arrival time: from 4:00 pm.

Departure time: no later than 12:00 noon

In the event that you are unable to honour your reservation on the date you have booked, we ask you to cancel your reservation directly on the site on which you made your reservation. The methods of refund and postponement of deposit follow the deadlines below:

• For any cancellation occurring more than 14 days before your arrival date: we will refund the deposit in full.
• For any cancellation occurring between 14 days and 72 hours before your arrival date: we give you the possibility to postpone the deposit on a new period of stay, until December 31st of the current year. However, in case of definitive cancellation and in accordance with the provisions of article 1590 of the French Civil Code, “all deposits paid remain definitively acquired”.
• For any cancellation occurring less than 72 hours before your arrival date: the deposit remains definitively acquired.
• In case of no-show at the hotel on the day of your reservation, the entire number of nights previously reserved will be due and billed.

The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. The reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable.
